Step 1:
Buy a lot of “devices” containing a rechargeable battery or allow students to bring a random assortment of “devices” to school
Step 2:
Announce that your school, district, state, or nation has “gone 1:1”
Step 3 – Step 1,000,000:
Repeat Step 2 over and over again
